Research Interests:

Algebraic, Combinatorial and Differential Geometry and Topology. Detailed study of global analysis, geometry, topology and arithmetic of hyperkaehler manifolds of non-compact type, which appear in the study of Yang-Mills instantons, in non-Abelian Hodge theory, in the Geometric Langlands program, and in representation theory of quivers and Kac-Moody algebras. Applications of these studies have been found in enumerative combinatorics, commutative algebra, finite geometries, global analysis, mathematical physics, string theory, symmetric functions, number theory and representation theory of quivers, Kac-Moody algebras and finite groups and algebras of Lie type.

Prizes, Awards and Scholarships:

Simons Lectures, Stony Brook 2010, LMS Whitehead Prize 2008 , Royal Society University Research Fellowship 2005-2013, Sloan Research Fellowship 2005-2007,  Miller Research Fellowship 1999-2002,
