Research Interests:
Mathematical physics, theoretical physics, geometry. More specifically I work on string theory, in particular supergravity, supersymmetric gauge theories and the AdS/CFT correspondence. I'm also interested in geometric structures that arise in string theory, notably special holonomy manifolds, Sasaki-Einstein manifolds, and generalized geometry. Prizes, Awards and Scholarships:
Royal Society University Research Fellowship 2007-2015, EPSRC Postdoctoral Fellowship 2002-2004, Mayhew Prize 1999. Major/Recent Publications:
My publications may be found on SPIRES by clicking here. Teaching:
I have previously lectured Part A courses on Quantum Theory and Electromagnetism. |
