Please note that the events booking form is a fillable PDF. Once completed the form can either be printed and returned via the internal post, or alternatively should you wish to send via email you will be required to save it as 'print it to file as PDF' option on the 'File' menu command. This is due to adobe reader not allowing users to save completed forms in the conventional way.
