Misprints in Hardy & Wright, and in Titchmarsh

Here are lists of errata for Hardy & Wright's "An introduction to the theory of numbers" (6th edition) and Titchmarsh's "The theory of the Riemann zeta-function" (2nd edition) I will be happy to hear of any further additions to these lists. Roger Heath-Brown (March 2nd, 2010)
