Please complete the following webform for the Membrane Dynamics and Blebbing Conference being held in Oxford, 16th - 17th September 2013.

Deadline for registration is 30th June 2013.

We aim to inform applicants of the decisions regarding participation as well as poster and talk submissions by mid July 2013.

Please be aware that a list of participants will be produced for the event and may be posted on the web. If you do not wish your details to appear on one or both of these lists please indicate in the "Any other special requirements" section.
Please enter your citizenship as per your passport. If you are not a citizen of a country within the EEA (European Economic Area) or Switzerland you may need a visa to travel to the UK. Please refer to the UK Border Agency website (www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/) or your local consulate for more information. If you require a letter of support for a visa application please email occam [-at-] maths [dot] ox [dot] ac [dot] uk

Meals
Please indicate which days you will require lunch
Please indicate whether you would like to attend the conference dinner on Monday 16th September. The dinner will take place at a local restaurant and attendees will be asked to pre-select their choices approximately a month in advance (we will email you with options). There will be no charge for the meal, but attendees will be expected to pay for their own beverages.
Please indicate any special dietary requirements you may have. "No special dietary requirements" assumes all meat, fish and dairy products are acceptable.
Presentations
If you would like to present a poster or give a talk please complete the relevant sections below in order to be considered.
Please indicate any other special requirements you may have.
