The Whitehead Library contains material covering the spectrum of mathematical topics at postgraduate and research level.

Admission

The Whitehead Library is primarily for the use of current senior members and graduate students of the Mathematical Institute, and approved academic visitors of the Mathematical Institute who are involved with the work of the Department.

Current senior members and graduate students of other Oxford University Departments may apply to use the library, by completing the application form (Application Form) and having their application approved by the Librarian.

The Library is only accessible by programmed University Card.

Those wishing to enquire about access must first contact the Librarian before visiting, on the telephone number, or at the email address given below.
