Welcome to the Mathematical Institute!
The HR team is here to support and guide you through the onboarding process, working with you and your line manager/supervisor to help you smoothly transition into your new role so that you are able to gain the most from this next step in your career.

Wellbeing Support
We hope you will enjoy working here and be a proud member of our mathematical family. However, we do recognise that starting a new role can be difficult, and everyone has moments that challenge them in their professional and their personal lives. We have a number of trained staff who can offer support as Harassment Advisors and as physical and mental health First Aiders.
