We invite applications for Postdoctoral Research Associates in Topological Data Analysis to work with Professors Heather Harrington, Helen Byrne, Ulrike Tillmann and Vidit Nanda at the Mathematical Institute, University of Oxford. Up to two, 1 year fixed term, positions are available (with the possibility of a one year extension).

The successful candidate will perform and manage their own mathematical research and write the results up for publication. They will be a member of the Centre for Topological Data   Analysis at Oxford and participate in the activities of the group. They will provide guidance to junior members of the research group including project students, PhD students, and/or project volunteers.

Applicants will have, or be close to completing, a PhD in topology, data science, network science or a mathematical modelling discipline together with the ability to manage their own academic research and associated activities and excellent communication skills.
