The Mathematical Institute is looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational skills to manage the operational support for, and administration of, the department’s undergraduate activities within its academic administration team. This is a full-time, fixed-term position, available for 8 months.

The Undergraduate Studies Administrator (USA) proposes and supports the implementation of departmental initiatives in this area, provides expert guidance on University policy to colleagues, and maintains an overview of all undergraduate student-related activities.  The USA also line manages a team of two undergraduate studies and academic assistants and works closely with the Director of Undergraduate Studies.

You will have an honours degree or equivalent experience, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and the ability to show equally high effectiveness in contributing to strategic thinking and in undertaking key operational tasks.
