Non-Stipendiary Junior Research Fellowship in Mathematics at St Peter's College
St Peter's College is seeking to appoint one or two non-stipendiary
Junior Research Fellows in Mathematics for one year in the first
instance, with the possibility of renewal for up to two further years
subject to the College's continuing teaching need. The Fellow will be
entitled to full membership of the SCR and lunches and dinners when the
kitchens are open. The Fellow will be expected to teach for up to 3
hours per week during term time, payable at standard rates. The teaching
will consist either of tutorials or classes on behalf of the College for
the intercollegiate class system.
It is expected that the Fellow will be engaged in excellent research at
the postdoctoral level, and we particularly welcome applicants who hold
postdoctoral fellowships or research assistantships in Oxford but do not yet
have a formal College attachment; the Junior Research Fellowship may be held in conjunction with such a postdoctoral fellowship.
To apply, please e-mail a CV with the names and contact details of two
referees who should also be asked to write to Lionel Mason, lmason [-at-] maths [dot] ox [dot] ac [dot] uk by August 3rd to whom enquiries can be sent also. We may also invite applications.
