Undergraduate Summer Research Projects

The Oxford Centre for Nonlinear PDE are offering bursaries to undergraduates in the middle years of their degree to work on a research project for a period of up to 10 weeks during the summer vacation. It's an excellent opportunity for you to gain first hand research experience and find out whether you might be suited to a career in academia.

For the 2009 scheme offers a bursary of £180 per week as well as up to £200 for allowable research expenses associated with the project.

The application deadline for 2009 has now passed and bursaries have been awarded to students for 6 week projects at the Centre. The 2010 scheme is expected to be advertised in December 2009/January 2010.
