Since no two people are alike a display screen equipment assessment is typically performed whenever you are assigned to a new desk/office or your computer equipment is replaced. In the later case this is typically every two to three years.

Members of the IT team and the supporting technicians/caretakers regularly visit offices as part of other tasks and will try to rectify any problems they see and provide advices as necessary when appropriate.
