As a matter of course when computer equipment is installed we ensure it is appropriately laid out to comply with display screen equipment guidelines. For references listed below are several documents of relevance

Since no two people are alike a display screen equipment assessment is typically performed whenever you are assigned to a new desk/office or your computer equipment is replaced. In the later case this is typically every two to three years.

Members of the IT team and the supporting technicians/caretakers regularly visit offices as part of other tasks and will try to rectify any problems they see and provide advices as necessary when appropriate.
