Room Capacities
For health and safety reasons it is important that people consider the size of any meeting, class, seminar or lecture room and book the most appropriate room.
Available rooms and their capacities
Note: Many of the rooms have a standard AV setup that includes - 1 data projector, Linux and Windows desktops, connection for laptop, wireless network access. A wireless presenter is also generally available either from the local admin staff or caretakers.

- SG.G2 New Higman meeting room - 12 (with large desk)
- SG.T14 meeting room - 8 (with medium desk)
- Taught Course Centre - 21 seated with desks plus a technician
- Common Room - 30 seated plus 50 standing (for larger events outside of core hours people can spread into the reception area which could hold a further 50 people)

- RI.0.49 meeting room - 8 (with large desk)
- RI.1.63 board room - 22 (with very large desk)
Note: in general standard academic offices are only suitable for small meetings of up to 4-6 people. For larger meetings a more appropriate room should be booked.
