The London Mathematical Society are happy to announce that nominations for the upcoming LMS Undergraduate Summer School 2023 are now open.

Venue: University of Sheffield

The LMS Undergraduate Summer School is an annual two-week event, hosted by UK universities and supported by London Mathematical Society. This year, the school is organised by the University of Sheffield. The main aim of the school is to introduce different topics of modern mathematics to the undergraduate students and encourage them to further study for a PhD degree in Mathematics. 

The school will have seven mini-courses, six colloquium talks, and eight PhD student talks covering various fields of mathematics. In addition, there will be two career related talks; one on academic careers, and one on careers outside of academia for people with higher level degrees.
