Research interests:
I am researching methods for simulating cereal extrusion in collaboration with Nestle. I am interested in fluid dynamics problems with a range of applications, specifically those in which multiple phases are present. My work focusses on developing analytic and numerical tools to deal with problems that arise when simulating the extrusion of a complex multiphase mixture.
