Research Interests:

Community detection on spatially and temporally embedded networks.

Spatial null models for community detection in static and temporal networks.

Temporal measures of node importance in networks.

Applications of network analysis to the study epidemic systems. Modelling of geotemporal spread of epidemics as multislice networks, and the use of community detection and network statistics to analyse their structure and identify regions important for epidemic spread and signals predictions an epidemic.
