Visiting Research Fellows
Visiting Research Fellows are people external to Oxford University whose contribution to the department extends beyond the normal range of academic collaboration. Visiting Research fellows are normally on sabbatical, secondment or leave from their home institutions and are not remunerated by the department, although they may be eligible for shared office space and access to other departmental facilities.
Appointments are made by the Department Committee and are for 3 years in the first instance with the opportunity for extension thereafter.
