About the role
We are seeking to a MSc Course Administrator to join our friendly and established Academic Administration team to deliver a varied, complex and stimulating workstream on a permanent, full-time basis. This post presents a great opportunity to get involved in supporting a thriving academic department to achieve its vision of a workplace where all staff and students can achieve their full potential.
Working closely with the Deputy Head of Academic Administration, you will be responsible for the administration of, in general, one of the Mathematical Institute’s postgraduate programmes (more information on our courses can be found at https://www.maths.ox.ac.uk/study-here/postgraduate-study). The Mathematical Institute has a large cohort of around 450 postgraduate students, split across 3 research degree programmes and 6 MSc programmes. As part of the 15-post Academic Administration team, you will be expected to work with minimum supervision and prioritise competing demands effectively.
