All staff, ECRs and postgrad students are invited to the (free) Mathematrix discussion lunches. The aim is to cover topics related to life in academia and issues faced by minorities, and some weeks will include panel discussions and Q&A sessions. The lunches are relaxed and informal, and people may come and go as they please.

The first event (Monday 8 October) will be a meet and greet, to tell people a bit more about Mathematrix, and an opportunity to get to know a few more people around the department.
