I am a first year DPhil student, supervised by Profs. Ruth Baker and Helen Byrne. I am interested in studying the complementarity of mechanistic mathematical models and machine learning methods to infer the complex dynamics that govern the evolution of human tissues, using snapshot genetic sequencing data.
