In case you missed this, the London Institute for Mathematical Sciences (check them out) has released an 'updated' list of mathematical challenges. They say the list was drawn from a one-day symposium of physicists and mathematicians as well as the contributions of "leading researchers around the world." Not sure what Hilbert would have made of it.
