The Oxford Summer School in Economic Networks (26th-30th June 2017) will bring together students from a range of disciplines for a week to learn about the techniques, applications and impact of network theory in economics and development.  Full details on the website.  In particular, it will include a public event at the Mathematical Institute.

With panellists Prof Doyne Farmer (INET, University of Oxford), Dr Stephen Kinsella (University of Limerick, Ireland), Oliver Burrows (Bank of England) and Dr Rosa Fernandez (UK Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy). Chaired by Prof Dariusz Wojcik (Dept Geography, University of Oxford). 

This event will take place at the Mathematical Institute in lecture room L2 from 3.45-5.30pm on June 29th. No registration required.
