As you all may know, the past two Fridays@2 sessions have been on exams preparation. While this is important, it's equally important to take care of your health and wellbeing as we approach the start of the revision period. Therefore, the Week 8 Fridays@2 session is focused on wellbeing. 

The first part of the session will be in L1, where we will hear from current academics and students about managing stress and taking care of yourself in the run-up to exams. Afterwards, there will be pizza, snacks and some small (optional) activities in the South Mezzanine. Students are welcome to come to either part of the session, or both, and you can participate as much or as little as you'd like. 

We do need to know pizza numbers, so that we ensure there's enough for everyone! If you are interested in eating pizza or have any other dietary requirements, register here. You can also use this form to let us know if there's any particular topic or concern you'd like covered.
