Medal for Joshua Moore

Joshua, together with fellow authors  Paul Harper and ex Oxford Mathematician Thomas Woolley, has been awarded the Griffiths Medal from the Operational Research Society. This award is given for the " recognition of the most outstanding contribution to the philosophy, theory or practice of health systems published in the journal Health Systems within the relevant period " and specifically for their work on Covid-19 modelling of students returning home during the pandemic. Josh carried out the work while a PhD student at Cardiff University.
