We have several Maths teaching positions with leading independent schools in London and the South East of England from this term, as well as April and September, 2024. These include permanent and contract positions, which would entail teaching Maths and Further Maths up to A level.
Essential: An excellent academic background, including an undergraduate degree in Maths or a related discipline.
Desired: A postgraduate degree in Maths or a related discipline (or in the midst of completing one), a background in tutoring, or any experience working with children would be a bonus; however, this is certainly not essential.
The successful candidate will be able to convey his or her own enthusiasm, encourage self-motivation, and a genuine love of learning and inquiry to students of all ages. The schools in question would offer support to gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), and some roles also include assistance with accommodation.
