University Lecturer in Numerical Methodologies in association with Oriel College
The Mathematical Institute proposes to appoint a University Lecturer in Numerical Methodologies with effect from 1 October 2009 or as soon as possible thereafter. The successful candidate will be offered a Tutorial Fellowship by Oriel College, under arrangements described in the further particulars. The combined University and College salary will be on a scale up to £56,917 per annum.
The successful candidate must have a very strong background in numerical analysis or scientific computing with a genuine connection to scientific applications.
