PhD stipends – application deadline 1 May 2019

There is a number of 3-year PhD stipends available at the Centre for Quantum Geometry of Moduli Spaces (QGM), Aarhus University, Denmark from summer 2019. If you wish to apply for a 3-year PhD stipend, you need to go through the Graduate School of Science and Technology (GSST).

QGM does not have predefined PhD projects, that you can apply for. It is thereby necessary, that you contact a  faculty members at QGM (see: http://qgm.au.dk/people/) to define and coordinate a suitable PhD project for the application minimum 2 months before the deadline (Contact faculty deadline 1 March 2019).

The current available funding for PhD stipends at QGM are: ERC-Synergy Grant “Recursive and Exact New Quantum Theory” with Corresponding PI Jørgen Ellegaard Andersen, the AUFF Starting Grant “Geometry and topology of non-reductive moduli spaces” with PI Gergely Bérczi, and by the VILLUM Young Investigator Grant “Complex Shapes” with PI Cristiano Spotti.
