Wellbeing sources of support

There is a wealth of services and resources available to support your wellbeing at work, which can in itself feel overwhelming – we have summarised the key sources of support on these pages but if you need anything at all please speak to one of the HR Team, or contact @email.

University support

Occupational Health provides a service that promotes and supports physical and mental wellbeing in the workplace; there is detailed advice and guidance on offer via their website on a range of issues, as well as the option for referrals to a specialised clinician.

The MPLS Equality Diversity & Inclusion team support mental health and wellbeing across the division.

The central Equality & Diversity Unit have a team of advisors and a bank of resources covering each area of equality and diversity - in relation to both staff and students (noting that provision for disabled students is the responsibility of the Disability Advisory Service, while support for staff is provided by the EDU's staff disability officer).
