The Advancing Teaching and Learning (ATL) programme is designed to support DPhil students, postdoctoral and early career researchers, academics new to teaching and professional learning support staff who are currently teaching and who are looking to develop their teaching/learning support practice. The ATL programme is accredited by Advance HE, leading to the award of Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
The Teaching Recognition Scheme (TRS) offers structured pathways for staff to apply for recognition for their substantive teaching, learning support or educational leadership.
