Launched in 2021, Science Together is an exciting public engagement programme that connects Oxford’s community groups with researchers from the University of Oxford and Oxford Brookes University to respond to issues and questions impacting the lives of local people.

Research projects are defined by community groups, with practical outcomes that address particular challenges or opportunities they have identified for people who live and work in Oxfordshire.

We are currently actively looking for Oxford researchers in any discipline to partner with the community groups and for university staff with an interest in public engagement to act as facilitators for the new collaborations in 2023/24, with free training starting in September 2023.

The deadline for registering an interest in getting involved is Friday 25 August 2023.
