Due to a change in staff availability, Oxford's Astrophoria Foundation Year is re-advertising some of its part-time teaching roles for the new academic year.
These relatively small roles are particularly suitable for University postdoctoral staff and for those with teaching experience who are about to finish their DPhil. Line manager approval is required for those employed by the University or by PIs.
The bulk of the teaching commitment will be in Michaelmas and Hilary terms, involving a few hours a week on A-level topics in physics and maths, for a small number of incoming Foundation Year science students, using Oxford University teaching styles, in units ranging from one to four weeks.
