Today, Friday 8 March, the Oriel Women’s Network will be hosting a talk and drinks reception to celebrate International Women’s Day. This event is open to all.
Join us from 5.45pm in the Harris Lecture Theatre, where we will hear from a panel of Orielenses who work in the tech industry. The panel will be chaired by our College Lecturer in Computer Science Dr Irina Voiculescu, and will include discussion around work with AI, male-dominated industries and varying paths into the tech industry. Our speakers are Lia Yeh (2020), Amanda Storey (2001) and Sian Cox-Brooker (2012). Learn more about them here.
