Next Friday, Dr James Munro will be discussing what makes a good Maths solution! Come along to L1 from 2-3pm next Friday (the 28th October) to hear all about it.

In this interactive workshop, we’ll discuss what mathematicians are looking for in written solutions. How can you set out your ideas clearly, and what are the standard mathematical conventions.

Please bring a pen or pencil!

This session is likely to be most relevant for the first-year undergraduates, but all are welcome!

Followed by tea and coffee in the South Mezzanine.

Last week, our Fridays@2 session discussed making the most of your intercollegiate classes. If you'd like to access the recording of this talk, follow this link to access it on Moodle. Alternatively, go to Moodle at https://courses.maths.ox.ac.uk, and navigate to the 'Fridays@2' course. Make sure you login with your SSO, and enrol yourself on the 'Fridays@2' Moodle course if you haven't already! This will enable you to watch all future recordings.
