We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Personal Assistant to provide complex diary management, international travel arrangements and administrative support, sometimes of a highly confidential nature, to Professor Terry Lyons and the DataSıg project (including academics, research staff and students); the post is fixed term, on a part-time basis (0.5FTE).

You will be a first-rate communicator and will use your initiative to deal appropriately with varied and complex queries, and will be able to develop good working relationships with a variety of people both within and outside the University. We will expect you to work with minimum supervision, have great attention to detail and be able to prioritise competing demands effectively, particularly when senior academic staff are away.  

You will report to the Programme Manager, working closely together to support the work carried out by Professor Lyons and the DataSıg project, delivering customer service and meeting deadlines in an exciting research environment.
