The Oxford Launchpad: Recruiting Mentors Now

If you are a current Oxbridge student who is passionate about access, sign up now for our mentoring programme! We will match you with an aspiring Oxbridge applicant who is interested in studying your subject. With the help of our mentors, we can provide guidance for state school students who may not receive sufficient support in school otherwise.

Responsibilities

• Hold regular meetings with your mentee (approx. 1 hour a week) to help guide them through their application process, give insight into Oxbridge, and nurture their academic interests
• Create a positive environment that encourages your mentee

Experience

• We do not require previous experience, but previous mentoring/educational experience is always appreciated
