We are seeking to appoint a Recruitment Administrator to join our friendly and established Human Resources team to be responsible for the day to day running of our recruitment and onboarding. You will ensure that each recruitment process is managed efficiently, and will deliver a high level of customer service to recruiting managers and applicants. You will play an essential part in welcoming our new people, and creating the inclusive culture we are so proud of. 


We run a large number of recruitment exercises for academic, research and professional services roles, and you will manage these processes from vacancy approval, through recruitment and onboarding, up to candidates’ initial induction. You will need to be exceptionally well organised, have great attention to detail and communicate effectively in order to keep concurrent exercises moving forward efficiently. The large number of applications we receive can add significant complexity to the processes we follow.


We are looking for someone who really enjoys talent acquisition, we aim to deliver a great candidate experience while supporting managers to recruit the best people. You will report to the Senior HR Officer and work closely with the HR Assistant.
