Discontinuities and Singularities in Nonlinear Evolution PDEs
Monday 7 - Tuesday 8 October 2024
Crisp-Hollamby Lecture Theatre, The H B Allen Centre, 25 Banbury Road, University of Oxford
This workshop (7-8 October 2024) focuses mainly on the Analysis of Nonlinear PDEs arising in the interplay of interacting particle systems, calculus of variations, and fluid dynamics. There will be a programme of research talks, but also plenty of time to network. This event is part of the UK National PDE Network events funded by the EPSRC grant "Generalised and low-regularity solutions of nonlinear PDEs" (EPSRC EP/V008854/1), as well as the EPSRC-NSF grant "DMS-EPSRC: Stability Analysis for Nonlinear Partial Differential Equations across Multiscale Applications" (EPSRC-NSF EP/V051121/1).
Registration
Workshop registration will close at 8:00am on 23 September 2024.
