How can I attend?

Applications for our 2025 event are now open. Please read the information below and click on the event to be taken to the corresponding booking form.

Teachers need to complete a preliminary application form for the Year 9 and Years 10-11 events and will be informed shortly after the closing date whether or not they have been allocated spaces on the event. Due to space limitations, only state-maintained schools based in the UK are eligible to apply.

Year 12 students should complete their applications themselves and will receive a confirmation of their place shortly after the deadline. Priority will be given to applicants from state-maintained schools in the UK. Y12 students at independent schools are welcome to apply and will be accommodated if we have space.

How much does it cost?

The day is free to attend. Unfortunately we cannot provide assistance with travel or provide lunch. If you are travelling from very far away and need to stay overnight, please consider contacting your link college.

Attended in previous years?

Please note that some of the activities will be repeated from previous It All Adds Up conferences, so you may wish not to attend again with the same students.

If your school would like to make this an annual trip, we recommend prioritising the year group that you think would most benefit.
