Hopefully you have all seen the announcement on Monday with regards to examinations 2021 Introducing Inspera - Oxford's new online exams platform | University of Oxford.
We just wanted to reassure you of a few things that we are aware are of concern – as we learn more about the system we will keep you up to date with more information:
The University will be producing full step by step instructions and instruction videos for students these will be made available during Trinity term
There will be a demo site so you will have the opportunity to try this system before your examinations. This site will be made available in Trinity term.
For an open-book examination you will not need to download any software onto your laptop – there will be no virtual invigilation software running on your laptop during your examination.
You will need to log into the website using your SSO, you will have the opportunity to test the web browser you use by trying the demo site.
Included in the University guidance there will be guidance on scanning your handwritten work from your phone.
Further guidance can be found at Trinity term exams | University of Oxford and there will be more information over the coming weeks.
