The Bodleian Libraries is undertaking a readership-wide survey in order to understand readers’ perceptions and expectations of the Bodleian's collections and services and to help guide strategic planning.
The survey is not just aimed at those who use the Bodleian’s physical libraries. It is aimed at all readers, including those who have only used the Libraries’ online collections and services (for example, who may have interacted with Libraries staff via email or LiveChat, used e-journals or ebooks, used online reading lists, obtained an item via Scan & Deliver, or taken an online information skills tutorial) as well as those who may also have used any of our physical libraries.
The survey, which runs until 19 February, is open to all readers across the University, including academics, researchers, students and staff, as well as external researchers and alumni.
The survey, which takes approximately 10 minutes to complete, is available at: https://www.bodleian.ox.ac.uk/reader-survey
