South Mezzanine 

Our impressive South Mezzanine is a large open space which can be used for catering, drinks receptions, poster sessions and exhibitions. 

Facilities

We have a mixture of acrylic hanging poster frames and free standing poster boards which can accommodate A0 portrait posters.

With ample tables, chairs and poseur tables, this flexible space can be arranged to fit your specific set up requirements. Please discuss with the events team who will be able to prepare a bespoke floor plan for your event.

Mezzanine level access via lift. 

North Mezzanine 

Our second open space is our North Mezzanine which can be used for catering, poster sessions and exhibitions. This space can be used in isolation or alongside the South Mezzanine as an additional breakout space for larger conferences.

Facilities

The space offers 19 acrylic hanging poster frames in size A0 portrait as well as additional free standing poster boards if needed. 

Café tables and poseur tables can be arranged flexibly throughout the space.

Common Room

The Common Room is a stunning room with glass walls and ceiling, ideal for prestigious drinks receptions. 

The comfortable occupancy of the room is 200 people, but there is some flexibility depending on the layout, please enquire.
