I am writing in representation of Oxford University Scientific Society (OUSS). There is a fair chance that this is the first time you cross paths with the OUSS: established in 1882, the OUSS is the oldest university-level student-lead scientific society in the world. Our mission statement revolves around the spreading of scientific knowledge and connecting the brightest students with the brightest ideas. We host weekly talks, aimed at informing our community about significant scientific advancements.
