Founded in 2022, Vanellus is an early-stage startup building drastically more efficient computational fluid dynamics software, making use of recent machine learning research. It was founded by Michael Negus (ex-OCIAM DPhil) and Laurence Cullen (machine learning engineer). We are hiring an Applied Mathematical Engineer to help us build our core CFD solver. We are looking for anyone with a PhD or research-level experience working with numerical methods (e.g. finite differences, finite volumes), and ideally experience with programming.
