"In March 2025, we organised a highly successful three-day workshop on Physics for AI at the Mathematical Institute. The event ran smoothly from start to finish, thanks in no small part to the excellent facilities and support. The lecture theatre (L4, with a capacity of 56) was ideal, allowing for frequent interaction between audience members and speakers, leading to lively and continuous discussions. The hybrid format, with Zoom integration, worked very well, ensuring that remote participants could follow the talks easily and contribute to the discussions. The catering was superb, with refreshments and lunches beautifully presented. Throughout the event, the Mathematical Institute’s events team provided outstanding support, handling every aspect of the organisation with efficiency and warmth."
