Effective 5 May 2025, Spectrum Life is the University’s new Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provider, offering 24/7 support to all staff. Services include immediate emotional support, structured short-term counselling (up to 6 sessions where clinically indicated), and expert advice on legal, financial, and consumer matters. Partners and dependents aged 16+ are also eligible.
Health Assured, our current provider, will continue to offer services until early July, ensuring a smooth transition period.
