The EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training in Quantum Informatics (QI CDT) invites applications for up to 16 fully funded four-year PhD studentships in Quantum Informatics with Integrated Study for September 2026 entry.
The QI CDT is a consortium of five institutions (University of Edinburgh, Heriot-Watt University, University College London, Oxford University, and University of Strathclyde) that offers a cohort-based 4-year PHD programme with integrated study offers comprehensive, interdisciplinary training that bridges computer science, mathematics, physics, and engineering. It equips students to tackle complex quantum challenges while considering their commercial and societal impacts.
