We are currently inviting applications for a Postdoctoral Research Associate to work with Professor Justin Sirignano at the Mathematical Institute, University of Oxford. This is a three-year, fixed-term position, funded by a research grant from the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC). The starting date of this position is flexible with an earliest start date of 01 March 2024.

This conference will spotlight several polymaths who were well known for their key ideas in physics as well as in other areas and will examine how having a complex body of knowledge across subjects has contributed to progress in science.
The final episode in our summer series features Jared Duker Lichtman who came to prominence with a proof of the Erdős primitive set conjecture while still a graduate student here. He has just moved to Stanford as a postdoc.
