It All Adds Up is a Maths conference for girls, aimed at inspiring them to continue with Maths. This form is for teachers to request places for girls in Year 9 attending on Monday 13 January 2025. Please read these instructions carefully.

Due to space limitations, only state-maintained schools based in the UK are eligible to apply. Priority will be given to schools with low participation rates in higher education and/or high proportions of students on free school meals. Teachers are also able to make a short statement on the students they wish to bring and how the event will benefit them.

Please note that we can only accept maximum 12 students per school, per day. You may apply for this day and the Year 10-11 day but will only be given places for one.

As a teacher you can request the number of students you would like to bring. Please do not approach students about the event until you know that you have spaces. Requests will close on 26 October 2024 at 5pm, and you will receive email confirmation of whether we can accommodate your school within 14 working days. If we can accommodate your school, we will then send you a link to a webform that needs to be completed individually by the students you are bringing. Please ensure they fill this out so that we have the details we require. They will need to complete this other form by 29 November so that we can link up the students to the schools and prepare for the day. We will reconfirm all the names to you once this deadline has passed, with additional joining instructions.

Please read our Privacy Notice before completing the form.

You are able to drop students off at the Mathematical Institute, but no parking is provided. A responsible adult must accompany the group at all times in the building. Therefore you may want to bring an an adult to be the designated driver.
