- Applied Partial Differential Equations (PDEs)
- Asymptotic analysis and singular perturbation theory
- Continuum modelling of physical systems (e.g. fluid/solid/classical mechanics, electromagnetism, heat transfer)
- Finite Element Methods (FEM) for solving systems of coupled PDEs
- Applied data-analytical techniques (e.g. machine learning and deep learning)
- Variational approaches to solving PDE problems
