Oxford postgraduates go on to hold positions of responsibility all over the world and in many different spheres of life. What is the nature of leadership in a complex world? What personal qualities are required to lead in a way that best serves the public good?
The aim of the week-long Global Leadership Summer School (GLSS) is to develop your intellectual and practical understanding of what makes for good leadership and put the learnings into practice as you go on your own leadership journey after graduating. This group will make up a leadership "learning community" that will meet throughout the academic year and engage in regular reflections, dialogues, and practices to become good leaders.
We will form three learning communities, focusing on Business & Entrepreneurship, Law & Public Policy, and Technology & Innovation. Each community will accept up to 20 students.
